Lee Zeldin puts his political ambition ahead of his duty to protect our health and our environment.

Lee Zeldin is a Trump loyalist who receives money from the oil and gas industry. As Representative of New York (NY-01), Republican Lee Zeldin often voted against environmental legislation in Congress, according to the League of Conservation Voters. In January 2025, Trump appointed Lee Zeldin for EPA Administrator. The senate vote was along party lines with the exception of DINO John Fetterman. In other words, those who profit from Big Tech and Big Oil voted for Lee Zeldin.

EPA stands for Environmental Protection Agency. It does not mean Everyone Pollutes America. The rollbacks to environmental safety are dangerous. Lee Zeldin initiated plans to cut 65% of the EPA’s budget, announced what is described as the largest deregulatory action in EPA history, eliminated the Solar for All program and promoted dirty data centers.

Well, there's a solution. If they don't agree, they don't belong. How many voters can you afford to lose?

The Environmental Protection Agency said it wants to help boost water reuse strategies for companies to cool data centers that drive artificial intelligence. The announcement is the latest that the EPA has aligned with the MAHA movement’s worries about chemicals in drinking water. I'm skeptical that this will happen. This administration lies. Their actions are motivated by profits.

I have protested Lee Zeldin before and made a new sign by request from the Climate Action Campaign that says "Resign, Lee Zeldin". Republicans rarely resign. Politicians put profits over people. Trump may throw him under the bus and fire him. That is wishful thinking on my part. Trump could have reassigned him to Attorney General to replace Pam Bondi but he didn't. As long as Trump is making the appointments, we won't be happy. All pro-Trump agenda politicians must go. And this Earth Day, I want Lee Zeldin to go.
