Dave -

Appreciate your efforts to support the Pennsylvania economy. Though maybe your efforts are a bit weighted toward Western Pennsylvania.

There is a reasonable probability that the capacity for the hyper-scalar cloud AI firms may not materialize. We have recently seen Microsoft and Amazon reduce infrastructure commitments. There is decent chance that the big AI firms like OpenAI, and Perplexity do not scale revenue and burn through their funding. Coreweave seems to be in a particularly precarious position.

Just as an outside observer, feels like we are peak hype-cycle before the trough of disillusionment for AI. We'll see, but keep on pressing forward to make Pennsylvania's economy strong and diverse.

Do not support much of the excessive spending, the budget cuts, and disproportionate benefits for the very wealthy. 

Anyway, as a Senator you are in a position to implement the budget over the next five and a half years and correct the many inevitable unexpected and unintended consequences.

Do so carefully with a bias toward the Pennsylvanians you represent.
