It's the economy, Ryan

Dear Ryan -

As you continue to enjoy your hiatus from Congressing, you are probably mulling over what the most recent elections mean for you.

The clear sentiment is American's are freaked out by the economy, jobs, and inflation. Unfortunately, there are not many accomplishments on those topics for the current Congress or the Administration. Though many promises were made. Looks quite bleak for the average Joe and promise breaking politicos.

Of course billionaires are partying like its the 1920s having a gay old time with flappers and gilded ball rooms. Given the reckless tax breaks in the big bogus bill, they are happy.

The irony is billionaires only have one vote each and the grift and greed has been so antithetical to draining the swamp and so blatant and arrogant that people are disgusted.

Hope you, Fetterman, and McCormick can do something, anything, that can help to decrease cost of government and the deficit. Eliminating the regressive tariff inflation tax could also help.

Best of luck and remember it is hard to do anything on recess.
