Huge deficit. Wasteful ineffective spending. Congress has the purse - course correct. Now.

This administration is wasting money provided by the big bogus spending bill and congress needs to intervene given yje $1.8 Trillion defidit.

Gustave Doré's illustration to Dante's Inferno. Plate XXII: Canto VII: The hoarders and wasters. "For all the gold that is beneath the moon, / Or ever has been, of these weary souls / Could never make a single one repose" (Longfellow's translation) "Not all the gold that is beneath the moon / Or ever hath been, or these toil-worn souls / Might ever purchase rest for one" (Cary's translation)

Dear Representative:

Our national debt is 121% of our GDP and our Federal deficit is about $1.8 Trillion dollars.

The administration likes to spend for flash-bang initiatives that are ineffective and wasteful.

  1. DOGE. What a waste. Seems like once Palantir and xAI got all our data, the circus left town. Suspect.
  2. Department of War rebranding. Every minute spent on this is a waste of time and money. Embarrassing that Fetterman and McCormick supported Hegseth nomination.
  3. The huge increase in military funding being burned off on domestic deployments and an every-ready domestic reaction force. - unaffordable. Use of expensive ordnance for extrajudicial killing against fiberglass boats - immoral and wasteful.
  4. DHS Gulfstreams, vanity media campaigns with self dealing subcontracts. Performative raids rappelling from helicopters. City of the month deployments. (Results in hunting for the worst of the worse? According to Cato "5% of People Detained By ICE Have Violent Convictions, 73% No Convictions.")
  5. Rampant political revenge-fare distracting DoJ and FBI from their missions and wasting money. (K$SH plane costs too)

We are wasting money and results are poor. Make it stop!

Sincerely
John
