Extrajudicial killing of people remains wrong and against the concepts of due process and the rule of law. Even if they are smugglers of drugs. If the administration was serious about the drug problem, the DEA not have basically stopped prosecution of drug cases this year.

Dear John -

You ended up with a shutdown despite your kowtowing to the big bogus bill. You are probably right that Mr. 2025 will blow shit up. Do what you can to right the ship and limit the damage to real folk.

Speaking of ships, a presidential declaration of war against drug gangs is laughable. Wonder if the administration's interest in Venezuela is oil related. Or if they just are tired of talking about Epstein and are "flooding the zone."
