Colorado - a warning about the scheming dirty data center McCormicks
A warning about potential data center development on Senator Dave McCormick's Colorado ranch land.
Might be wrong, decide for yourself.
This is based partly on a previous letter to Dave. Dave is my fast talking junior senator.
He may only be in G'mint to feather his and his second wife's nest. Because being cent-millionaires is not enough. Truly greedy wanna-be billionaires?
Dave thinks ICE is doing important work and doing it well. Dave likes extrajudicial murdering of drug smugglers with expensive military action. Dave is cheer leading AI investment in Pennsylvania. Dave is co-sponsor of the SAVE Act. Dave loved voting for the big bogus bill and is a strong supporter of tariffs. Dave supports sending service members to their death in Iran and didn't say much of anything about the double-tap of an intentionally targeted Girls' School. Nice guy, huh?

Shared some feedback with Dave in this blog article about AI.
Dave McCormick's 'happy words' letter back mirrors David Sack's propaganda. (Sacks is part of the PayPal mafia and who had breath-taking business conflicts in his role as Special Advisor for AI and Crypto to the Trump administration. Pond scum.)
What is Dave's stake sponsoring data center cooling bill S. 3269 the Liquid Cooling for AI Act? Maybe his interest is related to "streamlining permitting and cutting burdensome regulations on critical energy infrastructure." These words might make it easier for the McCormicks to get electricity transmission lines and water pipes run to their ranch land and make it harder for Coloradans to fight the dirty data centers.
Always wondered why Dave is such an AI booster. After all Dave is well off but he did not become a billionaire as CEO of the Bridgewater hedge fund. He didn't because of his poor fund performance. So of course off to Washington he goes to self-serve.
Dave's investment in tens of millions dollars worth of Colorado ranch property sticks out as a big chunk of Dave's centi-millionaire capital. Couple that with his Goldman banker alum wife Dina's positions with Meta. (She is also on the Exxon board. SWAMPY.)
Funny thing, Dina was also appointed by the White House to the board of the Air Force Academy.

The McCormicks want to capitalize on the AI gold rush. How might that work? Dave pushes Federal legislation to ease regulation on transmission connections and get oodles of gigawatts and water to his "ranch" land and presto-chango order of magnitude value change.
Ah, and by the way, Colorado is courting data centers and Dave's military contacts and Dina's Air Force Academy Board position might help lubricate Meta AI data centers for the bases in Colorado.
Dana, Zuck, and Dave can pardner-up. Then boom Dave and Dana graduate from being bag carriers for the elite to being real billionaire swamp creatures.
Then, Dave and Dina can ride into the sunset in their creepy Meta surveillance glasses.
The AI bubble will hopefully burst before Dave and Dina can cash out. Maybe also before they can debase your Colorado ranch land, if you slow them down.
Some ideas for folks in Colorado about Senator Dave McCormick
- Find where Dave has his ranch land. (Might be hidden by shell companies etc.)
- Identify what land is most proximate to water and electric transmission lines or electric generation. Hydro generation plants locations are likely attractive areas for Dave because of proximity to water and electricity.
- Starting at the state and local level, work with political action groups such as Water & Food Action to get health and safety protecting regulations in place. For example NY State requires environmental impact reviews and Maine is considering a moratorium on data center development. Some localesare planning regulation for chemical coolant disposal.
- Educate yourself and others about emerging health issues such as ultra-low frequency (ULF) and audible noise. Establish a noise baseline for future litigation. And monitor for changes when data centers are developed.
- Partner up with the local activists because there will be huge money from techlordlings and developers. People power!
